I painted the original during 2020 - a time where turbulence and uncertainty rippled through the world. With acrylic paint, gold leaf & varnish on a 152 x 101cm canvas, I began bringing into form a vision; of connecting to Spirit; of grounding into this Earthly plane higher wisdom to help us navigate such times.

~~ She is the Keeper of Visions, both a being of and beyond Earth. A messenger. A channel for and of Spirit. As she sits with powerful purpose, the pulsing, organic lines around and upon her emphasise this interplay of within-and-without, of giving-and-receiving, of a separate form unifying with the earth that holds her.
