More hustle!
More activities!
More ways to fill the silence!

And for sure we need the upregulation otherwise we’d be couch potatoes.
Though we also, like with everything, need to find the right balance that works for us.
Too much upregulation breeds dis-ease in the being. Stress = inflammation = the rest of it.

So this piece embraces the inner fire & strength needed to be a pillar of creation in this world, while also recognising the necessity to be attuned to the wisdom of the body and take care of our central nervous system which can only take so much.

This means rest.
This means silence.
This means self care.
This means space for the being to integrate.
